## Do I need to be an athlete to have a sports massage?

No. People visit after exercise, because work or everyday routines leave them feeling stiff, or for regular muscular maintenance. Jenni will ask what you would like from the session.

## What happens at my first appointment?

The first sports massage appointment is 55 minutes. It begins with a conversation about how you are feeling and anything that could affect treatment. Jenni may look at how you move before the massage and will check that you are comfortable during the session.

## Which sports massage appointment should I choose?

## What if I feel unwell before my appointment?
