# Jenergie Recovery and Movement

Recovery and movement support is a focus within a Jenergie sports massage appointment. It is not a separate treatment type. Appointments take place in Higham Ferrers, near Rushden, for clients from nearby towns and across North Northamptonshire.

## How it works

Jenni can adapt sports massage around tired muscles after training, stiffness linked to work or everyday routines, and areas that repeatedly feel restricted. The session can include attention to muscular tension and movement, a pace and pressure checked with you, and simple ideas that may support recovery between appointments.

## Prices

Choose an initial 55-minute sports massage appointment for £45, one area for 30 minutes at £35, or two areas for 60 minutes at £55.
